Last month’s Leo power up day, [LPUD](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-lpud "LPUD") saw us lions break enormous records. The total Leo power that was staked last month on the 15th of May was half a million. Yes, 500000 Leo were staked and rightly, the Zealy campaign contributed to this but it still goes a long way to show the community and [hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive "hive") that we believe in leofinance and the hive [blockchain](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/blockchain "blockchain")

Just like last month’s power up had a theme of slaying the boss my powering up at least 8000 $LEO, there’s a different theme to this month’s. It’s the anniversary of Leo power up day. 


Today is the anniversary of Leo power up day done by [Leo finance](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-leofinance "leofinance") and lions of the community to increase their stake and help the hive [tokenization](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-tokenization "tokenization"). $LEO has been in an uptrend despite the [market](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-market "market") being in a downtrend and very red. It has been like this for as long as I can remember. This proves that the lions and everyone over at leofinance believes in $LEO and the team.

This month everyone hopes we can break more records and possibly break the half a million $LEO that was powered up last month. Can we go to a million Leo power up? We’ll have to wait for the stats from our hardworking Anomadsoul. LPUD’s birthday should be a special one. 


That is why this month, I am looking to stake more than I did last month. It would not be significantly higher but I will [power up](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-power-up-hive "power up") more than I did last month. Last month, I powered up 250 $LEO which took my total Leo power to 1061. I achieved kitten status last month and I would have I loved to go on to the next one but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

For LPUD’s one year anniversay, I will be [staking](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-staking "staking") this amount. I have 276.245 and so I will be staking all of that. I have been stacking since the last LPUD and this is probably the first time I haven’t had to bought more $LEO on LPUD. 

Do not be left out on Leo power up day anniversary. Power up at least one hindered and fifty Leo to be eligible for some sweet, good prizes. 


Show your support and believe in Leo. Let’s break some records and make new ones.
