I will be sharing one of my battles. For this battle, I used my account @yahuzah which is my spl account. - - -
**Battle Rulesets**
Ruleset Icon | Description | ----|----| |Silent summoners : Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities |Target Practice : All ranged and magic attack monsters have the snipe ability The **target practice** ruleset means that magic and ranged attack monsters in the second position are attacked first. The **silent summoners** ruleset means the summoners give no additional stats to the monsters and neither do they remove stats. - - - - - -
**My Lineup**
Summoner | 1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th | ----|----|----|----|----| ||||| - - -
**My Opponent’s lineup**
Summoner | 1st | 2nd | ----|----|----| ||| - - - **Summoner chosen** - - -

For this battle, there was silent summoners and only the death summoners was allowed so I just decided to use a summoner with the lowest mana.
**1st Position**
- - -

For my first position in my lineup, I decided to go with the **Carrion Shade** monster because it attacks from the first position. Because of the target practice ruleset, I wanted to have the range and magic monsters far from the second position.

 monsters in position for the battle - - -
**Round 1**
- - - **Cursed Windeku** from my enemy's team attacked first and killed my first monster, **Carrion Shade**. My second monster who became my first monster, **Cursed Windeku** attacked my enemy's first monster and did a damage of -2 health but got a return damage of -2 health because of the thorns damage.

My last monster, **Cabalist** attacked my enemy's second monster, **Usut** and rendered a damage of -2 health. Usut from my enemy's team attacked and killed my second monster, **Venari Markstrat**. Since Usut is a bloodlust monster, killing my second monster granted Usut increased stats and also gave my first and last monster +1 stats.

**Increased stats to the monsters** - - -
**Round 2**
- - - With a new melee of 3, my first monster, **Cursed Windeku** attacked my enemy's Cursed Windeku and did a damage of -3 health. A return thorns damage of -2 health was done to my first monster. My last monster, **Cabalist** attacked my enemy's last monster and did a damage of -3 health to **Usut**.

My enemy's **Cursed Windeku** attacked mine and did a damage of -3 health reducing the health to 3 while my enemy gained a return thorns damage of -2 health damage. My enemy's **Usut** attacked my last monster and reduced its health to 3. - - -
**Round 3**
- - - **Cursed Windeku** from my team attacked and killed my enemy's Cursed Windeku but a thorns damage of -2 health was done to my first monster reducing my health to 1.

My last monster, **Cabalist** with a damage of 3 magic did a damage of -3 health to my enemy's Usut. **Usut** killed my first monster and gained additional stats.
**Round 4**
- - - **Usut** attacked and killed my remaining monster. My enemy was able to win because the bloodlust came into effect and with a new speed of 3, my enemy attacked first.

 The battle was fought and lost in 4 rounds.

Here is my battle [link](https://splinterlands.com/?p=battle&id=sl_96f7ff1d896225ecaf27517d2300c228&ref=yahuzah).
