Good afternoon this Thursday afternoon from New York's Adirondack Mountains.

I had not planned this report and in fact this summer of late we've been doing about 2/week in stead of the old almost 2/day. We'll get more active when we return to the Tampa Bay area the end of Sept.......

Looking at the chart I put up yesterday, I commented "put/call ratios at the moment are as bullish as most readings over the last two years". Did I say we'd be up 500 points since that moment? No, but those are readings where you'd expect a very strong up move. We called BUY in late June at 24,100 and have not changed it.  I am still of the opinion we approach if not exceed the Highs of Jan., when I said "SELL". Whether we see new highs or not, I maintain DARK CLOUDS ARE ON THE HORIZON.

As I write this moment 1:15 EST PUT/CALL ratios are a bullish as yesterday!! Surprise, Surprise..This is your classic wall of worry. Stay tuned.

BITCOIN as we wrote above is with 50 points of where we were 24 hours ago. And SENTIMENT remains the same! It's not good enough. Let me clarify! 79 percent longs 21 percent shorts (DAILYfx) is more positive than we saw recently when I said (8400) "the end of the line". But it is not nearly as supportive of a good move up as we saw at 5850 in late June. My problem is (and see the chart below) We came down 25% (apprx) since the latest short term top and we get a 15% increase in shorts. And with lots of resistance above it'll be tough going to punch through 7000 and stay there. Can it happen? Of course. If you bought in late June and did not sell in July as I recommended...HOLD. Do we come down now and hopefully get more bullish readings? do we have a "short covering rally" then come down...( a rally is a rally, lol.) or do we do more backing and filling? You tell me! ( and I so much appreciate your comments...and respect them!).

Would I put new money hetre in BTC. I wouldn't...not yet. But HOLD. I think longer term you will be rewarded. I heard some very good news today re: Blockchain. And reports of some serious regulation for cryptos to come. They may be positive. I'd like your opinions. 

I have some stunningly bullish news on what lies ahead for silver and gold and soon. Please continue your patience. You are going to be richly rewarded. I'll try and get that up over the weekend.
