¡Estamos DE VUELTA con los entrenamientos de plancha! 💥 Y en esta ocasión, me acompañó mi hermanito de entrenamiento @cristofercj-sw. Juntos nos pusimos las pilas con rutinas intensas usando ligas de resistencia para perfeccionar nuestra técnica. 🏋️‍♂️💪<center><h1></h1></center></div>

We are BACK with the plank workouts! 💥 And this time, I was joined by my training little brother @cristofercj-sw. Together we got our groove on with intense routines using resistance bands to perfect our technique. 🏋️‍♂️💪<center><h1></h1></center></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Realizamos varias variantes de plancha con diferentes agarres. Aunque mi compañero aún está dominando las planchas (¡práctica hace al maestro! 😉), este entrenamiento fue INCREÍBLE para fortalecer los músculos clave: core, hombros y espalda. 🦾🔥
✨ Algunos ejercicios que hicimos:
Full Plancha en agarre prono (¡pura tensión controlada!).
Plancha Straddle en agarre supino (desafiando el equilibrio y la fuerza).
Yo añadí variantes avanzadas como plancha con elevaciones y transiciones.
El objetivo principal fue aguantar la posición para ganar resistencia y fortalecer las articulaciones de las muñecas (¡crucial para evitar lesiones!). ⏱️💥<center><h1></h1></center></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">We performed several plank variations with different grips. Although my partner is still mastering planchas (practice makes perfect! 😉 ), this workout was AMAZING for strengthening key muscles: core, shoulders and back. 🦾🔥
✨ Some exercises we did:
Full Plancha in prone grip (pure controlled tension!).
Plancha Straddle in supine grip (challenging balance and strength).
I added advanced variations like plancha with lifts and transitions.
The main goal was to hold the position to gain endurance and strengthen wrist joints (crucial to avoid injury!). ⏱️💥<center><h1></h1></center></div>
