Hello, hello my beautiful people. A few days ago I went back to my sewing machine, because I needed to make some alterations that a family member asked me to do, it makes me happy to be able to help and see that every day I learn more. In this case, the pieces were: a beige jumpsuit that I turned into a bermuda shorts and a short to which I added elastic.

Now I will show you the materials I used and how I made this project.
## Materials:

## Procedure:
The shorts had the elastic unraveled at the waist, then I folded a centimeter and a half to pass straight stitching, I ran the elastic through with the help of a pin.

The jumpsuit was torn at the back, a good chunk. First I cut off the legs, to make it into a bermuda, folded the edges and sewed a straight seam.
Then I unpicked the affected part and the legs. With the fabric of the legs I cut two long pieces to sew two patches.

With the pins we pinned the patches to the garment to hold them in place and thus bring out the shape and cut the two equal parts and sewed all around the patch and closed with straight stitching and then zig-zagged.
It can be repaired in several ways: machine stitching, using mending tape or applying thermo adhesive patches without sewing.

And the other way to attach the elastic is to stretch and sew at the same time.

This project is comforting because I learned how to apply patches and another way to apply elastic.

Hola, hola mi gente bella. Hace unos días volví a mi máquina de coser, pues necesitaba realizar unos arreglos que me pidió un familiar, me hace feliz poder ayudar y ver qué cada día aprendo más. En esta caso, las piezas fueron: un mono beige que convertí en bermuda y un short al cual le coloqué elástica.

## Procedimiento:
Al shorts se les descosió los elásticos en la cintura, luego doblé un centímetro y medio para pasar costura recta, le pasé el elástico con la ayuda de un alfiler.

El mono estaba roto en la parte trasera, un buen pedazo. Primero corté las piernas, para convertirlo en una bermuda, le doblé las orillas y pasé costura recta.
Después descosí la parte afectada y las piernas. Con la tela de las piernas corté dos piezas largas para coser dos parches.

Con los alfileres fijamos los parches a la prenda para sujetarlos y así sacar la forma y cortamos las dos partes iguales y cosemos por todo el alrededor del parche y cerramos con costura recta y luego pasamos zig- zag.
Se puede reparar en varias formas: zurcir a máquina, usar cinta remendadora o aplicar parches termo adhesivos sin necesidad de coser.

Y la otra forma de colocar el elástico es estirando y cosiendo a la misma vez.
