Me gusta partir los huevos por separado en una taza para comprobar que estén en buena condición, luego los mezclo con la ayuda de un tenedor, agregué un poco de sal y llevé a la sartén caliente engrasada con un poco de aceite, deje que se cocinara por un lado, voltee y en la parte que ya estaba cocida coloqué las dos rodajas de queso mozzarella, tapé y dejé cocinar a fuego medio hasta que el queso se hubo fundido.
