Plot Outline
In 1968, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Beltsville Campus authorized experiments involving human and animal genome tissue. In 1972, these experiments went horribly wrong. Some kind of mutant creature was created through these genome experiments… it got loose and ran rampant along the hillsides of Prince George’s County, killing small dogs and animals and several people turned up missing around the USDA (Beltsville location). For the next 38 years, the murders went quite. Until October 2010, four (4) University of Maryland students wanted to do their thesis paper on The Legend of the Goatman… this will be their final thesis paper.

Two detectives start out investigating the mysteries disappearance of four University of Maryland students, suspiciously close to the citing of The Legend of the Goatman. They will be shocked and horrified by what they find.
