Today I went  to the beautiful mountain city of Chongqing on business. It is about 1:30 hours from xi'an  to  chongqing . Visited customers in the afternoon,  I  seen an old friend  .

My  friend was a colleague when I joined the  IT company. In the era of mobile Internet, he started a few companies and did a lot of projects, but eventually failed.
The main reason is  that he  doesn't have  their own products, although he made a lot of APP projects, because the company did not accumulate, all companies are closed.

Other people's successful experience can not be copied, but the experience of failure for some inspiration to me. Even if you do a  right thing, even if you do  earlier than others, but without their own products, it  is actually the biggest flaw for entrepreneurship.

For my start-up blockchain business, this is what I always consider. Choose what kind of product is the most important thing in this industry. Even though I started earlier than others, what does this mean? the important thing  is whether we have chosen  a better product  that can do it for a long time.

Today's topic is one of the major issues that I think about in the coming year. It is also the most important issue. a year later,  hopefully I  have a definitive answer.

今天到美丽的山城重庆出差。早上起了个大早，坐了1:30小时的飞机抵达重庆。下午拜访完客户，晚上约了一个十几年没有见的朋友，吃着火锅吹着牛。

这位朋友是我入行时的一个同事，在移动互联网时代，开了几家公司，做了不少项目，但最终都已失败告终。
主要原因是没有自己的产品，虽然接了不少APP的项目，由于公司没有积累，导致最终却无法延续。

别人成功的经验不可复制，但失败的经历对于我却有一些启发。即使做对了事情，即使比别人早，但如果没有自己的产品，对于创业其实是最大的硬伤。

对于我现在区块链的创业来说，这也是我一直考虑的问题。选择一个什么样的产品切入，是在这个行业里最重要的事情。即使我现在比别人起步早，但这代表什么，最重要的是我们有没有选择一个有刚需的产品一直持续做下去。

今天的话题是我未来一年时间考虑的主要问题，也是最重要问题。将区块链创业的思考留在区块链上，一年之后复盘，希望已经有了一个确定的答案。
