<center></center> Hey folks, welcome welcome to the first post of my kind of finished 1 gram bar. This is the start of my attempt to make my own silver bullion! <center></center> Cutting and preparing silver isn't the easiest, just finding this out the hard way. But it is a great learning experience for sure. The S is my first successful stamping effort, after wasting over £20 of silver before this success 😅 <center></center> On the reverse of this little bar is a stamp imprint that says .999 This is in regard to the piece being a fine silver bar. It is nearly microscopic to see, even with my phone camera on max zoom 🙃 <center></center> This is the nearly finished piece. I used enamel ink on the front to fill in the S. This makes it stand out really well. It looks a lot better in person, my camera doesn't do it justice, sadly. <center></center> The enamel didn't take to the reverse of the bar well. I managed to rub it all off basically 😂 Good ol' school boy error, by yours truly. I have some silver polish ready, and I am waiting to finish this piece. I am just waiting on a rotary tool to arrive so that I can polish this piece up. I'm hoping that it comes out nice and shiny. I'll bring a new update when I manage to hopefully finish this piece.
