Hola Foodies amigos Feliz Domingo para todos 鉂わ笍 deseo que se encuentren excelentemente bien... Estoy de nuevo por aqu铆, activa y con muchas ganas de seguir compartiendo con ustedes partes de mis vivencias en la cocina, porque no siempre nuestras preparaciones salen como lo esperamos; asi me paso hace unos dias en mi intento numero no se jajaja 馃ぃ de hacer *Galletas Tipo Pasta Seca* al inicio realmente pens茅 que me quedaria bien, pero la masa no me quedo tan suave como la necesitaba para que saliera por la manga pastelera. 

Ahora, les quiero compartir mi paso a paso porque las Galletas de sabor quedaron ricas, lo que no quedaron como pasta seca sino mas como galletas de mantequilla 馃 馃ぃ 

*Ingredientes:* 

160gr de mantequilla 
90gr de azucar pulverizada 
230gr de harina de trigo 
1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear 
1 cucharada de vainilla 
1 huevo

*Procedimiento:* 

Lo primero que hice fue pedar todos mis ingredientes por separado para ya tenerlos listos y a la mano.

Ahora con todo pesado empec茅 a trabajar en la masa, primero agregue la mantequilla y con ayuda de un batidora electrica la mezcle para asi cremarla un poco.

En la mantequilla cremada coloque la vainilla y el huevo; mezcle hasta 铆ntegrar..

Coloque los ingredientes secos, que fue la harina de trigo y el polvo de hornear; con ayuda de la paleta mezcle todo hasta formar la masa que no se pegara a mis dedos.

Lleve la masa a una manga pastelera

Empece a hacer las formas con la manga, pero aqu铆 comenz贸 mi problema porque se me dificult贸 que la masa saliera, estaba mas dura y hasta la manga se me desarmo.... 

C贸mo pueden ver me complique tanto que ni fotos le tome a las galletas 馃ゲ luego las lleve al congelador por 20 minutos y las hornee; claro esta ten铆a el horno pre calentado a 180掳 C 

Las llleve al horno por 15 m铆nutos, al estar listas las saque y deje reposar...

Realmente de sabor quedaron muy bien, estaban deliciosas; pero no quedo con la textura deseada que es la de *pasta seca*... Seguire en mi b煤squeda de la receta ideal hasta lograr hacer mis galleticas tan deseadas...

I'm here again, active and eager to continue sharing with you parts of my experiences in the kitchen, because not always our preparations come out as we expect; so it happened to me a few days ago in my attempt number I do not know hahaha 馃ぃ to make *Dry Pasta Type Cookies* at the beginning I really thought I would be fine, but the dough was not as soft as I needed it to come out through the piping bag. 

Now, I want to share with you my step by step because the Flavor Cookies turned out great, but they didn't look like dry pasta but more like butter cookies 馃 馃ぃ. 

Ingredients:* Ingredients:*. 

160gr butter 
90gr powdered sugar 
230gr wheat flour 
1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
1 tablespoon vanilla 
1 egg

I started to make the shapes with the piping bag, but here began my problem because it was difficult for the dough to come out, it was harder and even the piping bag was disassembled.... 

As you can see I got so complicated that I didn't even take pictures of the cookies 馃ゲ then I took them to the freezer for 20 minutes and baked them; of course the oven was preheated to 180掳 C. 

I baked them in the oven for 15 minutes, when they were ready, I took them out and let them rest....

They tasted really good, they were delicious; but they did not have the desired texture which is *dry pasta*.... I will continue in my search for the ideal recipe until I can make my much desired cookies....
