 Indonesia is famous for its various ethnicities and cultures. Not just tribes and cultures, but also the diversity of food and traditional cuisine typical of each region in Indonesia. In any traditional ceremonies and other official occasions, the cuisine or food that always exists is the rice cone and the cake. Tumpeng rice itself is cooked rice with coconut milk and given a natural dye from turmeric plant. Rice cone in the order in a container that is **tampah** (a traditional container shaped like a circle made of woven bamboo), then formed to resemble the shape of a cone or other shapes and given the decoration of the carvings of flowers made from various types of vegetables and fruits. Cookies usually consist of several types of traditional cakes arranged in a plaited that has been covered with banana leaves.
