Hola querida comunidad de madres, padres y responsables de la familia hispanohablante de @motherhood en #hive, hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes este maravilloso vídeo que realicé de mi pequeña bebé Natalia cuando comenzó a darse sus primeros baños y aseo personal.

Para todos las madres debe ser una verdadera emoción este momento porque los bebés son criaturas muy pero muy delicadas con una piel muy sensible por lo que debemos tener sumo cuidado a la hora de realizarles su aseo personal.En el siguiente video verán como yo le daba a mi hija natalia su primera baño luego de tener días de nacida.

Acá compartiré con todos ustedes los tips de las abuelas que me aconsejaron realizar antes de iniciar sus primeros baños...

# La temperatura del Agua!

Un punto muy importante a la hora de realizar el primera baño a una bebé ya que como mencioné antes su piel es muy sensible y delicada por lo que las abuelas recomiendan calentar un poco de agua y mezclarla con agua natural a fin de crear una temperatura agradable al tacto que no esté ni muy fría ni muy caliente tampoco sino como lo llaman por Venezuela agua "tibia"


Algunos baños también e preparan agregando plantas medicinales a fin de que el bebé absorba a través de la respiración y la piel las propiedades aromáticas de las mismas y estas a su vez beneficien su salud si posee algún problema respiratorio por ejemplo.


># The temperature of the water!

>A very important point when giving the first bath to a baby since as I mentioned before their skin is very sensitive and delicate so grandmothers recommend to heat some water and mix it with natural water in order to create a pleasant temperature to the touch that is neither too cold nor too hot but as they call it in Venezuela "lukewarm" water.


>Some baths are also prepared by adding medicinal plants so that the baby absorbs through the breath and skin the aromatic properties of the same and these in turn benefit his health if he has a respiratory problem for example.

# Mantener la cabeza sobre el nivel del agua

Otro punto importante es como sujetar delicadamente al bebe siempre manteniendo su cabeza por encima del nivel del agua, en este punto la madre debe manipular con sus dos manos en cuerpecito de la criatura sin lastimarlo por lo que debe conocer y dominar ya su peso corporal. Para evitar ahogamiento u otras complicaciones los bebés no deben sumergirse dentro de la bañera sino lavarlos con las manos dejando caer sobre su cuerpo el agua preparada para tal fin.


>Another important point is how to hold the baby gently, always keeping its head above the water level. # La bañera o tina


Esta no debe ser muy grande de tamaño para evitar que se nos resbale y quede sumergido, en los supermercados y tiendas de abarrote las podemos conseguir de acuerdo a la edad y a sus diferentes usos ya que también se utilizan entre otras cosas para lavar la ropa.

Todas las fotografías y el video son de mi autoría y fueron captadas con la lente de una cámara Lumix Panasonic de 14 megapixeles y editados en el programa Power maker de windows seven

># The bathtub or tub


>This should not be too big in size to prevent it from slipping and being submerged, in supermarkets and grocery stores we can get them according to age and their different uses as they are also used among other things to wash clothes.
