<br>Talking about dissent is for me to talk about freedoms; that is, not to be dependent on a specific centre where all decisions and guidelines are made for them to master and impose their ideas and thoughts on the other parties. In the educational field in which I operate I will try to explain in short words how destraining works and because it is in practice the best form of administration that exists for the benefit of the communities involved.

<br>Imagine a country (blockchain) that has twenty-four federal entities that we know here as states (Steems Community ) each territorial division would represent a community on the sttemit blockchain and that all depended on a single issuing entity that dictates to all the guidelines to follow and how to work ignoring the realities, needs and interests of each group that lives on the blockchain.

<br>From this point of view and because of the size of country we have to solve the problems towards the center would take many administrative and bureaucratic procedures that would take a long time to give answers and solutions to each of the communities involved within of the territory in question. The wisest thing then is to decentralize which basically is to transfer a quota of power to the regions so that they manage resources with their communities.

<br>Now it will all depend on the willingness to bring to a happy end the sharing of power and the resources necessary to make desicentization a success. Moral values also play an important role in the process because vices and evils such as theft and corruption must be prevented from damaging decentralization.


<br>I have observed how the desenting is being lost within steemit by withdrawing delegations from steem power to large projects within the blockchain such as Dtube, Steempress, Steemcleaners among others what in my view seems to me as a delay more than a breakthrough. Well this is my opinion on the subject and I appreciate the initiative of -theycallmedan for getting us involved in this issue of collective interest by being part of the Steemit family.
