Migration of NFTs across different blockchains are a new concept and trend especially from ethereum blockhain to other blockchains like Bitcoin, Polygon MATIC and binance smart chain 

On 18th June a nft trader spent 54.49 ETH to purchase a Cryptopunks nft #8611 and then he sent it to the burning address before rebirthing it in Bitcoin Inscription 12,456,749 as an ordinal nft on Bitcoin blockchain

Remember it's not recommended to do burn and nft on any blockchain and then minting it on another blockchain don't do it until you do proper research about the nft project and its rules about migration and burning NFTs 

It's not clear enough this is a good idea or not and how it goes in the future because right now so many risks arw involved but it's a historical moment for nfts traders because CryptoPunks is a one of most papular and valuable NFT project on ethereum blockhain. So if someone have dream to hold a same Cryptopunks nft on Bitcoin blockchain it's now becoming possible 

But as I said before don't do it until it's clear your current NFT project team allow this or not, doing it without proper information is not recommended you may loss you nft completely or may be its value decreased. Every blockchain have its own community of nft traders you may not get same support or buyers on another blockchain or may get more support it's not same in all cases all nft projects are different and have different value on different blockchains
