# The Busy Bees

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. We have quite a bit of load shedding here. For those of the Busy bees who are NOT in South Africa, this is a systematic power outage that is scheduled. 

Not only does that mean that I have limited time to work on posts, and be online, but also means that other essential jobs like cooking and laundry also get restricted by time.

Let me get into it.

Right, finally done. Started Sunday morning and finished Monday morning because of the loadshedding and usual life needing to get done in the gaps too... wow...

# Announcement!

I have received a donation from the @papilloncharity of 35,000 ecency points! This is to support and grow our Dolphins, Minnows and Redfish.

If you do not already know, ecency points can be used to promote and boost your posts. Promotions mean more people see the post and boost means that @ecency curators may give you some votes. If they do now, you get your ecency points back.

The idea would be to support the smaller accounts the most, but I do need to know the following:

- Who uses the ecency front end? Because you need to use ecency to use the points.
- If you are interested in receiving ecency points, please indicate in the comments of this post. 

I do not want to waste ecency points of accounts that won't make use of them, but I do want to reward everyone and with @papilloncharity's generous donation, we can all take a decent step forwards in progress!

## The Basic Rules of Activity

- Activity means posting and commenting within a 30-day time. If you go silent, you are moved to the inactive list.

- Posting weekly is recommended.

- Supporting one another with votes and engagement is encouraged. There is zero enforcement, we just recommend it. If you want people on Hive who will speak and interact with you - just look at the people in this list!

I shall try to do some post highlights, and I do this in reverse order of HP so we can incubate our new(and often young) users on Hive.

The 51 members together was 64.12% of a whale, but now 52 equal 64,96% of a whale! 

The 2 Orca Accounts was equal to 28.71% of a Whale last week and are now are equal to 28.79% of a Whale Account.

The 12 Dolphin Accounts were equal to 2.22 Orca Accounts and are now equal to 2.23 Orca Accounts.

The 25 Minnow Accounts was equal to 13.11 Dolphin Accounts and are now the 25 are equal to 13.37 Dolphin Accounts!

We now have 11 Redfish and they are now equal to 4.00 Minnow Accounts!

My Nomination of sharing 50% of this post's payout goes to @merenludick for being the lowest HP account that posted something this week! Now @fufukunnn has managed to work her way off from the bottom and into bigger numbers!
