How to cool off when you are angry - the best method!
 
 
Anger is something that no matter what we try it will still be uncontrolled. But we can try our best to at least make some boundaries.

*Many times you will feel anger all of a sudden and it's hard to calm ourselves down until we express it. Even after showing anger in a bad way, sometimes we still can't calm ourselves down. It's because anger creates a physical situation like our blood pressure rises so we can't instantly cool ourselves off.*
 
 
But there is a way!
 
 
**Take a deep breath and cut yourself out from the situation.**
 
When you are showing your anger, it's impossible to cut yourself out. But many times deep inside you will feel, you are overexaggerating. That's when you need to cut yourself off. Just stop talking or shouting for a minute. And take a deep breath for a few minutes. 
 
 
You can also drink a glass of water right when you feel very angry; you can sit down or if possible just lay down. 
 
 
I know these methods sound very silly because they are so simple. But these simple techniques are actually a great way to distract ourselves from the situation. And this is what necessary when we feel really angry.
 
Imagine, someone is getting too angry in front of you and start doing those simple methods. Doesn't it seem like they will work? Suppose someone is shouting and all of a sudden walk away, take a glass of water and sit down. I know, now it starts to make sense. So, you see those can be really helpful and I find them working really well on me. 
 
Remind yourself to try this when you are angry!
