My Adobong Pusit
Howdy fellow Steemians! How's your day? Hope all is well.. So what do we have today? I wanted to share something i cooked for lunch . It's called *"adobong pusit"* here , but it's something like squid soup that you sautee first . I love how it taste most especially because of the squid ,i feel like it's a gum, but softer of course.

**Ingredients :**


*1/2 kg. small sized squid
1 medium sized onion
3 cloves garlic 
1/4 cup ginger
a pinch of magic sarap
a pinch of salt 
2 pieces red chili
2 teaspoon cooking oil
2 cups water*

**Procedure :**


*1) Heat the cooking fan and put in the cooking oil*

*2) Sautee garlic , onion and ginger*

*3) Add in the squid , let it simmer for 3 minutes*

*4) Add the water , salt and magic sarap*

*5) Simmer for 5 minutes*

*6) Serve hot and ready to eat*
