Hello everyone, 

I'm not exactly sure how I should go about introducing myself, but I thought it's worth a shot to do so with the help of my photography, which I'll be uploading with (hopefully) some regularity. 

Some background info:

Currently living in Toronto, Canada.

I don't necessarily follow a style, nor do I adhere too much to established rules of photography. I prefer to photograph objects that don't usually get much attention, can somehow tell a story, or possibly play subtle tricks on the perception of the viewer. Sometimes they're inspired purely by aesthetics, sometimes by emotion, and once in a while by altered states. 

Here are a few examples of what I like to do:

Sometimes people are a bit surprised to learn that this is the filament inside of a light bulb

Almost -- fish magnet on a fridge. It seems silly, but I enjoy proving people wrong when they're convinced they're right.

At times I like to play on grander scales.

It's just an airplane, but those clouds create a rather epic effect imo.

I like the 3D effect; the hidden treasure, diamonds, throne, and camera. The bland background and shiny foreground. The odd batman shape, and the scratch marks left by me...

...but as a lifelong gambler, sometimes a photo means a lot more to me on a personal level.
