There is a saying in Hungarian - _a small place is enough for a lot of good people_. 

What do you think about it? :)

I think in English this saying does not exist.

Charles Fourier, who invented the idea of phalanster, probably knew this saying. :)
BTW: The phalanster word is first mentioned in a famous work by a Hungarian writer (Imre Madách). Fourier took the idea out of here just a little differently.
