The lush forest consisting of about 400 pine trees, known as "Krzywy Las" ("Crooked Forest"), was planted around the 1930s outside the city of Nowe Czarnowo, West Pomerania, Poland. Some forms of human equipment or techniques are used to make the trees grow as in the picture above, but the motifs and methods of manufacture are not yet known.
