I had so much planned for today, which is why I'm doing next to nothing.  Let me explain.  I'm that kind of person that likes to make 'to do' lists.  I had a list made for today but I woke up too late to start on time to get through the list, so I've kind of been discouraged from even trying.  That may sound strange to some, but I'm like that often.

Instead I've decided to take full advantage of what may be one of the last *lovely* days left this year.  Unless we get an *Indian summer*, I think the very warm days are pretty much over for 2020.

Most of the chores and tasks I had planned for today were to happen indoors.  I figured I could move those to a miserable, rainy day.  The sky is blue today and the sun is out.  It's not as hot as it's been earlier this month, but it's very pleasant.


I decided to free my mind of the burden of the need to get those specific things done, and instead give in to the day and enjoy it to the max.  Part of which is sitting outdoors with my computer and a cup of tea (yes, tea. I've already had too many coffees today haha), and typing this.

Things I will not be doing today include; clearing out the garage and identifying stuff to throw away, painting a water-stained wall in the house, laundry, removing the washing machine to clean out the back, e.t.c.

Instead I'm going to enjoy the view above, which is literally above me right now, listening to some very chilled out [Brazilian music](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL66942F39AC1B8C96).

This is to giving in to the day, and not always having to get things done to a strict schedule.☀️
