We all at some point heard about the imaginary quantum physics experiment called **Schrödinger's cat** which consists of demonstrating that two realities can coexist and happen at the same time. Schrödinger's cat could be alive and dead at the same time but no one would know that until the box he was in was opened, giving rise to this paradox. The screenwriters take this concept and transform it into **Coherence**, an independent film that plays with parallel realities.

Ambitious, intelligent and very well put together are just some of the adjectives to qualify this film.

The film mixes horror, suspense and science fiction in a masterful way. You could say it's a Scifi thriller rather than a horror movie per se. The passage of a comet begins to disorient everyone and from there things get more and more tense for our characters who can not quite understand what is happening. What they are sure of is that they feel a lot of fear and know that they are not alone.

As the plot progresses, the suspense increases and it is handled in the right way, it doesn't get boring but it keeps you in suspense all the time because it even disorients not only the characters but also the viewer, which happened to me. 

Despite being an independent film, it is very well done. The aesthetics are not the best in the world but it is compensated by the excellent performances, the handling of suspense that I need to emphasize several times because it was excellent and the masterful script that combines elements of quantum physics as I mentioned before.

 The directing team and screenwriters must be very well studied on the subject because they handled it so well that I even doubted my own reality ha,ha,ha,ha.

>La película mezcla el terror, suspenso y la ciencia ficción de una forma magistral. Podría decirse que es un thriller de Scifi mas que una película de terror en si. El paso de un cometa comienza a desorientar a todos y a partir de allí las cosas se ponen cada vez mas tensas para nuestros personajes que no logran entender bien que esta sucediendo. De lo que si están seguros es que sienten mucho miedo y saben que no están solos.

>A medida que avanza la trama, el suspenso aumenta el cual, se maneja de forma correcta ya que no llega a ser aburrido sino que te mantiene a la expectativa todo el tiempo porque incluso, llega a desorientar no solo a los personajes sino al que esta viendo la película, cosa que me paso a mi. 

>A pesar de ser una película independiente, esta muy bien lograda . La estética no es la mejor del mundo pero es compensada con las excelentes actuaciones, el manejo del suspenso que necesito recalcarlo varias veces porque fue excelente y el guión magistral que combina elementos de la física cuántica como mencione anteriormente. El equipo de dirección y guionistas deben ser muy bien estudiados del tema porque lo manejaron tan bien que hasta dudé de mi propia realidad ja,ja,ja.

The fragmentation of reality in this film makes us believe that Schrödinger's experiment is as real as life itself. At this moment, there could be many "Ivanas" doing different things or maybe the same things but what if for some reason, vortexes open and realities are mixed, would the Ivana from another reality be having a hard time, would she envy my life and kill me to get her, could she be dead and alive in one reality, could she be dead and alive in another reality? If so, would anyone notice, or was a family member of mine ever replaced by someone from another alternate reality when the realities got mixed up? What if my @chino91 is not my @chino91? It really blew my mind the movie because all these questions crossed my mind ha,ha,ha. It reminded me a lot of the **Dark** series that also plays with these of the parallel realities getting mixed up.

>La fragmentación de la realidad en esta película nos hace creer que el experimento de  Schrödinger es tan real como la vida misma. En este momento, podías haber muchas "Ivanas"  haciendo diferentes cosas o quizá las mismas pero ¿Qué pasaría si por algún motivo, se abren vórtices y se mezclan las realidades?, ¿La Ivana de otra realidad la estaría pasando mal, envidiaría mi vida y me mataría para quedarse con ella?, ¿Podría estar muerta y viva en una realidad? , De ser así ¿Alguien lo notaria? o ¿Algún familiar mío fue reemplazado alguna vez por algún otro de otra realidad alterna cuando las realidades se mezclaron? ¿Y si mi @chino91 no es mi @chino91? Realmente me voló la cabeza la película porque todos estos interrogantes se me cruzaron por la cabeza ja,ja,ja. Me recordó mucho a la serie **Dark** Que tambien juega con esto de las realidades paralelas que se mezclan.

I don't consider myself an expert on this subject but wow this movie made me question a lot of things about how well put together it is. Maybe my friend @avdesign who likes this kind of topics can reinforce my point of view but in the meantime, if you want to see a movie that blows your mind, is entertaining, with a good suspense and at the same time, gives you some lessons in quantum physics, this is the one you should see. Totally recommended.

>No me considero una experta en este tema pero vaya que esta película me hizo cuestionarme muchas cosas de lo bien armada que esta. Tal vez mi amiga @avdesing  que se le gusta este tipo de temas pueda reforzar mi punto de vista pero mientras , si quieres ver una película que te vuele la cabeza, sea entretenida , con un buen suspenso y de paso, te de unas lecciones de física cuántica esta es la que debes ver. Totalmente recomendada.
