# <center> Sonreir es gratis😁  // Smile is free 😁 </center>

Desde hace unos años mantengo este frase como lema de mi vida, es posible que no sea la solución a todos mis problemas; sin embargo, me ha ayudado a cultivar la mejor actitud para enfrentarlos.

> For some years now, I have kept this phrase as my life motto, is possible that it is not the solution to all my problems; however, it has helped me to cultivate the best attitude to face them. 

He leído que sonreír sin motivos tiene un impacto a nivel cerebral, que así no lo percibamos de inmediato, suele beneficiarnos cuando tenemos conflictos, un bajón emocional, entre otros, esto es conocido científicamente como  "feedback facial" y es atribuido a Charles Darwin. 

>I have read that smiling for no reason has an impact on the brain, that even if we do not perceive it immediately, it usually benefits us when we have conflicts, an emotional slump, among others, this is known scientifically as "facial feedback" and is attributed to Charles Darwin. 

Este fenómeno en sencillas palabras trata en que el cerebro reconoce las contracciones de los músculos del rostro al sonreír y en consecuencia, permite la segregación de serotonina, endorfinas, entre otras sustancias, generando bienestar y reduciendo el estrés. 

>This phenomenon in simple words is that the brain recognizes the contractions of the muscles of the face when smiling and consequently, allows the segregation of serotonin, endorphins, among other substances, generating welfare and reducing stress. 

Hago la aclaratoria que esto no es una fórmula mágica para ver la vida color de rosa; no obstante, si estamos conscientes que esta herramienta puede ayudarnos y la aplicamos de forma permanente ante algún tormento... facilitará el camino para buscar una solución, ser más resilientes y ver con objetividad nuestro entorno. 
> I make the clarification that this is not a magic formula to see life rosy; however, if we are aware that this tool can help us and we apply it permanently to any torment ... will facilitate the way to find a solution, be more resilient and see our environment objectively.

# <center>🍕🍕Pizza ... Pizza... Nunca te vayas de mi vida😍 // 🍕🍕 Pizza ... Pizza... Never leave my life 😍😍 </center>

Hay placeres que no tiene explicación,
comer pizza para mí es una emoción...
La mezcla de salsa, queso, maíz y jamón
es todo un éxtasis de sabor. 

Platillo originario de Italia 
y tomado por Venezuela...
¡Qué alegría la mezcla cultural!
Donde algunas rarezas
se unen a nuestras costumbres. 

Aunque me encante una arepa,
no puedo olvidarme de la pizza...
Su variedad de ingredientes
y forma triangular,
hace fácil echarle diente. 

Esto sonó un poco raro,
pero para los amantes de la pizza
no hay fecha en el calendario,
y por eso comemos sin pudor. 

La pregunta de este concurso
es un poco graciosa,
aquí ya compartí mis argumentos...
Sería una pizza curiosa. 

Dar felicidad con mi comida favorita
me hace sentirme la " mujer maravilla",
compartir muchos slices de pizza,
ser embajadora de Italia con su sabor...  para mí un honor.

There are pleasures that cannot be explained,
eating pizza for me is an emotion...
The mixture of sauce, cheese, corn and ham
is an ecstasy of flavor. 

A dish originally from Italy 
and taken over by Venezuela...
What a joy the cultural mix!
Where some oddities
join our customs. 

Although I love an arepa,
I can't forget the pizza...
Its variety of ingredients
and triangular shape
makes it easy to get your teeth into. 

This sounded a little weird,
but for pizza lovers
there's no date on the calendar,
and that's why we eat it shamelessly. 

The question of this contest
is a bit funny,
I already shared my arguments here...
It would be a curious pizza. 

Giving happiness with my favorite food
makes me feel like a "wonder woman",
to share many slices of pizza,
to be an ambassador of Italy with its taste... for me an honor.
