__Hello dear friends,__ As I do every spring, I went on my first ebike tours again this year, covering most of my favorite destinations. I also check out how the landscape has changed - or not. A tour to Trennfeld or Homburg am Main was a must. After all, I also wanted to check out the situation at the Trennfeld bathing lake. As readers of my blog will already know, I make extensive use of the two bathing lakes in my vicinity to recharge my "batteries" for more vitality.  🌄 🕊 🕊 🌄 __Hallo liebe Freunde,__ _wie in jeden Frühling habe ich auch dieses Jahr wieder meine ersten Pedelec Touren unternommen und dabei einen großen Teil meiner Lieblingsziele angefahren. Ich wollte quasi nochmal überprüfen, ob noch alles steht, ob noch alles da ist. Eine Tour nach Trennfeld, bzw. Homburg am Main darf dabei nicht fehlen. Schließlich wollte ich auch inspizieren, wie die Lage am Trennfelder Badesee ist. Die beiden Badeseen in meiner Nähe nutze ich ja - der Leser meines Blogs weiß es längst - ausgiebig zum Energie auftanken._  ___________________________________________________________________________  Last year, the beaver did its work at the bathing lake for everyone to see. A few more trees are missing again this year. However, it is much more noticeable how much the lake has overflowed its banks. I haven't seen anything like this intensity in recent years. There was really no shortage of precipitation in our region in 2023. 🌄 🕊 🕊 🌄 _Letztes Jahr hatte am Badesee ja der Bieber für jeden sichtbar sein Werk vollführt. Auch dieses Jahr fehlen wieder ein paar Bäume mehr. Allerdings ist wesentlich auffälliger, wie arg der See über seine Ufer getreten ist. Das habe ich in all den letzten Jahren so in dieser Intensität nicht ansatzweise gesehen. 2023 hat es in unserer Region wirklich keinen Mangel an Niederschlag gegeben._  ___________________________________________________________________________  The Henneburg castle in Stadtprozelten is still standing... 🏰 🏰 🏰 🏰 _Die Henneburg von Stadtprozelten steht auch noch..._   ___________________________________________________________________________  Every time nature wakes up from its winter sleep, I notice an increase in my own life energy. 🌄 🕊 🕊 🌄 _Wenn die Natur aus ihrem Winterschlaf erwacht, stelle ich auch jedes mal bei mir selbst einen Anstieg an Lebensenergie fest._  ___________________________________________________________________________ https://youtu.be/VcdwdIvXuP0?feature=shared It's also interesting that I feel more like composing and producing new music in warmer temperatures. That actually seems like a contradiction to me, because it would be obvious to use the darker months for studio work. But that also seems to be a question of life energy for me. Eigentlich scheint mir das ja ein Widerspruch zu sein, denn es läge ja auf der Hand, die dunklen Monate eher überproportional für die Studioarbeit zu nutzen. Aber auch das scheint bei mir eine Frage der Lebensenergie zu sein. Im Sommer habe ich einfach mehr davon. I particularly like it in spring, when the typical green of spring awakens at the edge of the path. You can still see down to the Main through the trees and are not hindered by stinging nettles along the way. And there aren't that many ticks along the way either _. 🌄 🕊 🕊 🌄 _Auch der Trail oberhalb von Hasloch am Main ist ein Strecke, die ich sehr gerne fahre. Besonders im Frühling gefällt sie mir gut, wenn am Wegesrand das typisch Grün des Frühlings erwacht. Man kann auch noch durch die Bäume hindurch auf den Main hinunter gucken und wird bei der Fahrt auch nicht von Brennnesseln am Wegesrand behindert. Und Zecken gibt es auch noch nicht so viele ganz nebenbei._  ___________________________________________________________________________  Towards the end of a tour through the southern Spessart forest, I once again stopped at this beautiful barbecue area near Stadtprozelten in Bavaria. I hadn't been here for a while. It's also a great place to relax. When I was here, all I could hear was the murmur of the stream and the chirping of the birds. It was almost meditative. ;-) 🌄 🕊 🕊 🌄 _Gegen Ende einer Tour durch den Südspessart habe ich nach langer Zeit mal wieder diesen schönen Grillplatz bei Stadtprozelten in Bayern angefahren. Also hier kann man sich auch bestens entspannen. Als ich hier war, war aus dem Rauschen des Baches und dem Zwitschern der Vögel so gut wie nichts weiter zu hören.
