 按照大神们的说法,跑步一定要控制心率,心率太快的话对健康百害无一利,上次跑步把闲置已久的小米手表带着,边跑边监控,前面3公里还好基本140以下,后面直接150多,过了5公里速度不自觉加快,心率飙到160+了我的天。跑了几年步,怎么心肺能力也没提高多少啊。 看来我配速要降到7分配,看看心率能不能低一些。
