Quiero presentarme a todos como atleta y nuevo usuario de HIVE. Hablarles un poco sobre mí, lo que hago en mi día a día, mis aspiraciones como persona, mostrarles a todos lo increíble que puede llegar a ser la calistenia y lo importante que se ha vuelto esta disciplina en mi vida. Soy un joven de 18 años. Vivo en Maracaibo, estado Zulia, Venezuela. Actualmente estudio Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas. Me apasiona estudiar y trabajar para ser cada día un hombre de bien, que suma a la sociedad. El Street Workout y la Calistenia son muy importantes para mí y se ha convertido en una pasión que forma parte de mi día a día, en estos últimos dos años. He aprendido mucho en este tiempo, y siento que puedo mostrarle a los demás, al tiempo que sigo aprendiendo cosas nuevas. El cielo es hermoso, con cada estrella que hay arriba, aunque una brille sola, juntas logran brillar más, logrando formar una constelación, espero ser una estrella en esta hermosa constelación, en esta comunidad. </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"> Greetings HIVE, OCD and SWC users. I want to introduce myself to everyone as an athlete and new HIVE user. Tell you a little about myself, what I do in my day to day, my aspirations as a person, show everyone how amazing calisthenics can be and how important this discipline has become in my life. I am 18 years old. I live in Maracaibo city, Zulia state, Venezuela. I am currently studying a degree in Business Administration. I am passionate about studying and working to be a good man every day, which adds to society. Street Workout and Calisthenics are very important to me and it has become a passion that is part of my daily life, in the last two years. I have learned a lot in this time, and I feel that I can show others, while continuing to learn new things. The sky is beautiful, with each star above, even if one shines alone, together they manage to shine brighter, forming a constellation, I hope to be a star in this beautiful constellation, in this community. </div> ----- <center>Inicios de la Fuerza Conociéndome a mí mismo **Beginnings of the Force Knowing myself**</center> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> En mis comienzos entrenando sólo quería obtener más masa muscular en mi cuerpo, ya que era delgado aunque siempre he creído tener una buena alimentación. Desde los 14 años empecé a ejercitarme, teniendo como meta mejorar mi físico y rellenar esos huecos de inseguridad que tenía. Quedarme pensándolo no iba a ayudarme, así que decidí moverme. Al principio cometí muchos errores, porque no tenía una idea clara de cómo hacerlo. Buscando en internet aprendí varios aspectos interesantes que hicieron que el progreso se fuera viendo con los meses. Luego decidí dirigirme a un parque cerca de mi zona residencial junto con mi compañero que me ha acompañado todo este tiempo, @jeyson20sw, que fue donde todo comenzaría. Aprendí qué era la Calistenia y los principios básicos. Aprendí que para tener un cuerpo saludable sólo es necesario tener disciplina y constancia. Pero no sólo eso, descubrí que la Calistenia te ofrece compañerismo y te aporta valores de superación personal. Luego supe de las categorías, que existen ejercicios estáticos y dinámicos bastante llamativos que valen la pena conseguir, a lo largo de mi viaje en Hive mostraré varios de ellos. La Calistenia me permitió despejar mi mente, centrarme en mí, conocer los cuidados que necesita mi cuerpo y en qué puedo destacar más; conocerme a mí mismo y a personas que me apoyan en cada entrenamiento, como mis amigos del Club Fortis Workout. Espero compartir mis logros con ustedes en SWC y fijarme nuevas metas para el futuro. </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"> When I started training I just wanted to gain more muscle mass on my body, since I was thin although I have always believed I had a good diet. From the age of 14 I began to exercise, with the goal of improving my physique and filling those gaps of insecurity that I had. Thinking about it wasn't going to help me, so I decided to move. At first I made a lot of mistakes, because I didn't have a clear idea of how to do it. Searching the internet I learned several interesting aspects that made the progress visible over the months. --- Then I decided to go to a park near my residential area together with my partner who has been with me all this time, @jeyson20sw, which was where everything would begin. I learned what Calisthenics was and the basic principles. I learned that to have a healthy body you only need to have discipline and perseverance. But not only that, I discovered that Calisthenics offers you camaraderie and gives you values of personal improvement. Then I learned about the categories, that there are quite striking static and dynamic exercises that are worth getting, throughout my journey in Hive I will show several of them. --- Calisthenics allowed me to clear my mind, focus on myself, learn about the care my body needs and where I can stand out more; getting to know myself and people who support me in every workout, like my friends from the Fortis Workout Club. I look forward to sharing my achievements with you at SWC and setting new goals for the future. </div> ---- <center>**¿Cómo conocí Hive?** **How did I meet Hive?**</center> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"> Conocí a Hive a comienzos de septiembre 2023, gracias a @manuelramos, Líder Fundador y CEO de SWC y al líder de mi club deportivo Fortis Workout, @hecatonquirox, con quien comparto día a día en el parque. Manuel vino a Maracaibo, al Parque "La Vereda del Lago", lugar donde hago vida con mis compañeros y atletas. Manuel nos dio una charla introductoria acerca de SWC y la Web3, en donde nos invitó a formar parte de Hive Blockchain. Estoy emocionado por las grandes oportunidades que esta cadena de bloques nos ofrece a nosotros como atletas y usuarios y el futuro que nos depara. Al mismo tiempo me alegra tener un lugar para dar a conocer lo que hago y enseñar mis avances en el mundo del Street Workout.
