The place is really very beautiful there, still there are a few constructions going on but still most of the area is as it is in few years I am sure there will be many constructions for sure. and soon the price will boom for sure, in 5 years there will be a road for sure the road is there but it is not fully constructed yet. many peoples have already bought lands there and soon they will sell it at 2X price for sure maybe more 😉. Some places are really worth it for sure there will restaurants, hotels, and resorts. I am trying to get a piece of land there let's see what will happen day by day the price is increasing for sure. I am sure it will worth it for sure.
