Fear

*Worry is essentially the most fearful enemy of the human being!
Fear is the byproduct of imagined insecurity.
Fear is the bodily response to a dreaded insecurity whereas nervousness is a psychological response.
Fear , or so referred to as phobias aren't developed in a working day however they're cultivated over a interval of time. There needs to be a protracted and sustained involvement with the worry producing situation for a ample period of time in order that there are everlasting adjustments within the construction of the brain.
We all have a fear of loosing something and a lot for other things that we love and fear to loos them.*

## How to over come fear-:
* By controlling physique , i.e. by doing exercises, or by doing yoga asana (practicing yogic postures), or even, as troopers do it, by doing soldierly march the place two limbs (hands and legs) are concurrently managed by thoughts in a rhythmic movement.
* Moment , by controlling one's breath as in deep respiration practice, or as if Pranayama
