#### A special shoutout to @carlgnash for being a consistent top curator in his first 6 weeks as a Curie curator which was recommended by @misterakpan 
This week we have **total of 10 top curators**. Meaning that there are 9 possible new **CURIE** curators ( minus me ) for this week. Last week we had 3 new curators being recommended and warm welcome to @thegreatsilaban, @futurethinker & @saimegh

## Changes in @curie recommendations 
> Guidelines for Curator Recommendations - 19th Nov*
> - Only curators with CS >=7 and AR >=90 (i.e. the top tier) will be able to recommend new curators.

**This would change the number of top curators per week and there can only be 7 top curators every week.**

> - Submission limits are dictated by curator's performance the previous week, according to these tiers (the numbers below are weekly limits) -
> - CS =>7, AR =>90 - Unlimited submissions [Those with unlimited submissions will be required to maintain at least a 75% approval rate at all times, mid-week. Min time limit for top curators is 45 minutes.] 
> - There is a limit of *top 7* curators with highest CS that can get unlimited submissions.
CS =>2 to <7, AR =>75 - 15 submissions
CS =>0.25 to <2 and new curators - 2 submissions
CS >0 to <0.25 - 1 submission (perpetual)
CS = 0; =>2 submissions - 0 submissions (perpetual)
Cumulative CS >200, AR >95 over 6 months earns a direct follow from @curie.

##### These changes are necessary to ensure CURIE's sustainability so curators are always able continuously support and reward new steemians with great content.

## Curie application update
Above are the listed top curators and do PM them in steemit.chat and do ask if you are able to get a mentoring session from them. Also you may want to engage with other curators at #curie channel and discuss with other curators on tips which may be able to get you a slot in **CURIE**. 

Our Top Curator slot is always changing especially with the new set of criterias for top curator position so its best to start engaging with **active curators** from the very beginning and it becomes easier to gain mentorship once they are a Top Curator.
