I hope you are doing great, on this side I must tell you that I am quite happy and excited because today was my first day of classes, as the title indicates some time ago I decided to enroll in the career of national and international cuisine and certainly I could not have made a better choice because it is a subject that I love. A few days ago we had an induction where we were shown the facilities, the institute in general and also what would be our career headquarters, but it was not until today that I took the opportunity to take some pictures of the place and share them with you. I also took the opportunity to take a picture of my temporary classroom, which would be the demonstration room used to present the practical exams. In this location we find a classroom for theory classes, practical classes, laboratory, bakery and pastry room, among others. I think this was one of the things I liked the most about the institute, how nice the place of study looks. In this first module I will see what is the organization of events and banquets and just listening to the teacher I was more excited about the subject, I must say that my classmates are quite friendly so I felt very comfortable with the environment although I only met a part of them because of 20 only 11 people attended 🤭, classes are usually from Monday to Friday so I will have to make the most of them, for now I hope to continue learning from this field that attracts me so much attention and continue falling in love with the kitchen. My first day was amazing, I really liked the place and the people with whom I will share in this module, when I left I found that it was raining so I had to get a little wet with the rain but well, it's all part of the ride as they say over there, tomorrow if I go more cautious with umbrella in my bag haha 😋. Espero se encuentren super bien, por este lado debo decirles que me encuentro bastante feliz y emocionada ya que hoy fue mi primer día de clases, como el titulo lo indica hace un tiempo decidí inscribirme en la carrera de cocina nacional e internacional y sin duda no pude haber hecho mejor elección ya que es un tema que me encanta. Hace unos días tuvimos una inducción donde nos mostraron las instalaciones, el instituto en general y también lo que sería nuestra sede de la carrera, pero no fue hasta el día de hoy que aproveche de tomarles unas fotos al lugar y compartirlas con ustedes. También aproveche para tomar foto de mi salón de clase temporal que vendría siendo el salón de demostraciones el cual se usa para presentar los exámenes prácticos. En esta sede encontramos salón de clases teóricas, practicas, laboratorio, salón de repostería y panadería, entre otros. A mi parecer es bastante lindo y llamativo, creo que esto fue una de las cosas que más me gustó del instituto, lo lindo que se ve el lugar de estudio. En este primer modulo veré lo que es organización de eventos y banquetes y solo de escuchar a la profesora me emocionaba más el tema, debo decir que mis compañeros son bastante amables por lo que me sentí muy cómoda con el ambiente aunque solo conocí a una parte de ellos ya que de 20 solo asistimos 11 personas 🤭, las clases suelen ser de lunes a viernes así que tendré que aprovecharlas al máximo, por ahora espero seguir aprendiendo de este campo que me llama tanto la atención y seguir enamorándome de la cocina. Mi primer día estuvo increíble, me gustó muchísimo el lugar y las personas con quien compartiré en este modulo, al salir me encontré con que estaba lloviendo por lo que me toco mojarme un poco con la lluvia pero bueno, todo hace parte del paseo como dicen por allí, mañana si iré más precavida con sombrilla en el bolso jaja 😋.
