Al leerla me gustó mucho por lo que me dispuse a escribir mi participación y compartirla con ustedes por aquí el día de hoy. Si bien es cierto las personas somos criaturas de hábitos, ya que son actividades que día a día generamos automáticamente y son estos mismos los que de alguna u otra manera nos ayudan a avanzar en nuestra vida o en su defecto a mantenernos en el mismo lugar. La idea de la iniciativa es comentar tres hábitos que nos hacen ser felices o mejor dicho, que nos hacen tener un día feliz. Así que les comparto cuales son esos hábitos que tengo y que me hacen tener un día feliz:

<h5>1. Agradecer / 1. Being grateful </h5>

Lo primero que hago al despertarme y al irme a dormir es agradecer, le agradezco a Dios por permitirme estar viva, permitirme respirar aire puro, ver el cielo, tener a mi familia cerca, que tengamos buena salud y por supuesto permitirme tener y vivir un nuevo día para intentar y aprender cosas nuevas, para seguir cumpliendo mis sueños y metas, el hecho de agradecer me hace despertar con buenas energías buenos ánimos y cuando voy a dormir me hace descansar en tranquilidad.

The first thing I do when I wake up and go to sleep is to thanking, thank God for allowing me to be alive, allowing me to breathe fresh air, see the sky, have my family nearby, have good health and of course allow me to have and live a new day to try and learn new things, to continue fulfilling my dreams and goals, the fact of thanking makes me wake up with good energy good spirits and when I go to sleep makes me rest in peace.

<h5>2. Beber una taza de café / 2. Drinking a cup of coffee</h5>

Una vez me levanto de la cama luego de agradecer y por supuesto luego de lavarme el rostro y demás, me dirijo a la cocina ya que mi día no empieza con pie derecho si no tomo una taza de café; sea negro o con leche pero sin duda me encanta tomar un sorbo para ayudarme a despertar por completo y por lo general me gusta tomarlo dulcecito, una vez con la taza en mano me siento con mis papás en la sala para saludarlos y conversar un ratico.

Once I get out of bed after saying thank you and of course after washing my face and so on, I head to the kitchen because my day doesn't start off on the right foot if I don't have a cup of coffee; either black or with milk but without a doubt I love to take a sip to help me wake up completely and I usually like to drink it sweet, once I have my cup in hand I sit with my parents in the living room to say hello and talk for a while.

<h5> 3. Preparar recetas / 3. Preparing recipes</h5>

Aunque siempre ha gustado cocinar no fue hasta hace unos meses que empecé a entrar a la cocina todos los días a preparar platillos y aprender de nuevas recetas, sea preparando el desayuno, almuerzo, la cena o simplemente algún postre para las tardes y fines de semana. Este nuevo hábito que he creado en mi vida me encanta y sin duda me lo disfruto muchísimo.

Although I have always enjoyed cooking, it wasn't until a few months ago that I started going into the kitchen every day to prepare dishes and learn new recipes, be it preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a dessert for the evenings and weekends.
