-=- As a busy home cook, I've had the chance to try out a number of different knives and even own some good ones, such as my 10" Shun knife. @docsmith takes understanding of knives to a whole new level in this engaging post, however, discussing handmade knife handles: their basic styles, materials, pros and cons and some insider knowledge on what it takes to craft a knife that's a work of art rather than industrial manufacturing. Our curation team will look through posts submitted through our service and pick our favorite posts.  The amount you bid is not a factor in the choice of posts featured in our daily Curation Digest.

Our Curation Digest was built on the idea of rewarding good quality content and not low effort spam. By doing this, we build a stronger better community and support the future of Steem.
