> Under cold weather, I ordered an egg coffee. I don't know have you ever tried egg coffee? If not, my advice is to give it a try. Egg coffee is a drink that not only keeps you awake but also gives you a lot of energy, especially in cold weather like this. And please note that we only use egg yolks to make this drink. Egg coffee is my favourite coffee and I never complain about my friend because he always serves me his best coffee.

> 365 days of coffee. Can you tell me something you did every day in 2022? No! Well, I can! Drink coffee. Without a single doubt in my mind, every single thing I did every day was having coffee. It didn’t matter the time, hot or cold, cappuccino, latte, or dolce; I had it.

> For those who don’t grind their beans fresh: If you want to improve your coffee by a lot, this is the first step to make. Find a good grinder, that will fit your preparation technique and grind fresh! There’s nothing better than a freshly ground coffee aroma! My favourite step when preparing the coffee.

> I have also learned to enjoy coffee with spices, something that is not customary in my community. Spices and coffee are historically related, their combination is millenary. I enjoy my coffee throughout the day, sometimes I drink it pure, but on some occasions, I delight in flavouring it with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cocoa, white pepper, cloves, and nutmeg.

> This selection requires a lot of patience because we don't want a single black grain to escape us, well, at least that's how I work, I didn't want to leave a single one, I wanted to be able to have a quality product. So when I was done, what a nice job I was looking at after I selected beans.

A coffee shop is a great place to gather your thoughts and think about plans for the year ahead. After all, there are so many coffee shops and cafés near stations in the city and countryside all over Japan. It would be interesting to explore some new ones and share our experiences with you.

> I picked up the call, and I heard a familiar style of "hello" from the other side of the phone; it was a voice I surely wasn't expecting to hear. Lo and behold, it was these three guys plotting up a little hangout; excited to meet up with me after almost half a decade... And as much as I hate random plans; ditching these three guys wasn't even an option for me. So, I told them to meet me at Arabika Coffee, and about 15 minutes later we were back on track, starting from where we left off 4 to 5 years ago.

> Finishing this coffee today I saw the bottom of the cup and maybe nothing is so obvious but applying madness you can see murdoc's hair the bassist of the Gorillaz band, is something crazy but that's the idea hahaha and here I will leave you part of the creation process.

> The barbershop offers coffee to their customers, and you can have as many cups as you like 😋 Despite this not being a coffee shop, the quality of the coffee beans is excellent. The coffee that I drank was American type with an exquisite aroma and a medium roast. I enjoyed every sip of this wonderful beverage. I could appreciate the delicious sweetness of the coffee, and without fear of being wrong, I think it was sweetened with brown sugar.
