This morning I just had a very light breakfast of a sweet gruel of chocolate rice with a splash of milk as it was just bought by my mother for me. The chocolate rice gruel isn't substantial enough for me to get going until 9:00 AM because I suffer from shaking due to a low blood sugar.

I was actually expecting it because my meal always consists of some protein so that it can together with some carbohydrates from rice a good amount of sustained energy so I won't get hungry so fast. I just had gotten hungry that I actually started to shake already and my limbs not having any energy.

Fortunately my mother offered me some leftover boiled sweet potatoes. It made me regain my strength but I am still feeling like a rubber with no energy at all, only enough to muster this blog at steemit. To day I might ask my mother to give me some soft boiled eggs in the morning or something with protein so I won't get hungry too fast.
