 <sup>It’s a simple formula, more clothing equals more warmth.</sup> # 4 layers was the sweet spot today. There was no way I was staying in the house all day today, as this is the first day I have not been sick in the last 7 days. Finally feeling close to optimal again, I knew I had to get out in the snow to do some things. I bundled up nicely, as to be appropriately dressed for my city-trek. I wore a ultra-soft Ralph Lauren t shirt, one of my favorite Pink Dolphin crewneck sweatshirts, my absolute favorite fleece jacket, and a trippy Northface jacket that I was lucky enough to inherit from my brother. My Timberland gloves were great to keep my hands warm with, although they are a size too big for my hands. All was topped off with some earmuffs so that my ears did not get frostbite. I have found that earmuffs work just as good as a beanie/toboggan, without the messed up hair. Once dressed, I went out to eat for some ribs and a burger/fries with a yummy local craft IPA pint off of tap. Then I made my weekly pickup of raw goat milk at my local tea shop. Followed by a quick trip to the ATM to get cash to lay for my 60-minute massage, knowing that the place charges an extra fee for card purchases. Afterwards I stopped back at my apartment, then jogged .5 mile to the massage parlor. On the walk back home from the massage, I got a mango dragonfruit refresher drink from Starbucks with a gift card I received for Christmas. Gotta stay hydrated after a long full body massage. Overall it was quite the productive day. I managed to stay quite warm thanks to my attire and I even got a few compliments on my jacket.   # Thanks for stopping by!
