It's a beautiful Sunday, one which I took action by reaching out to [church](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-church) to worship my creator. Life challenges can so much hit you that you forget some primary duties. You've had a busy [work](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-work) [week](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-week), you closed late, you have some [debt](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-debt) to pay out or you couldn't just meet up your target. Well, the first [stage](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-stage) of life is living, without the breath, you wouldn't even have the privilege to worry.

That was by the way, heading back to our main content, I had such an experience yesterday. Trying to manage an upcoming business can be very challenging. From not enough [income](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-income), to not enough machinery and man-power as the case may be. We are gradually expanding and the truth remains, I am not all full of knowledge of our newly incorporated sector. I still have a lot to learn. At first, I thought it was something I could handle without much stress but it seems I was misinforming myself.

How do you give your [client](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-clients) the due information about a service and on [time](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-time). You know postponing a deal can be a dangerous thing in the sense that somewhere else may overtake you in the process. So when I was summarising work for yesterday, I got that call that needed a feedback. 

The fact was that I was low on knowledge and to have what to say, I will have to hit some places to get the right information. I just wished I could push it till Next week Monday yet something in me was urging that I take the needed action so that I do not remain on the surface should the client call back.

It was a good suggestion anyway, I had to head out to do the sourcing. It was late anyway, something I was considering I may end up getting no valuable information in the end. On reaching the possible nearby referencing [market](https://inleo.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-market), I made my request known and it happened I was able to get some vital information although it was all on a rush. I was forwarded to the next office when it seemed the actual product I was enquiring wasn't available. I got to their other shop and there was a further explanation, breaking down what I really wanted.

The explanation I got from the store was something worth that time. To conclude, let me add, one can never tell what lies ahead until a positive step is taken towards that direction. At least, it will boost his confidence that we know what we are doing even though we are just new to the field.
