After having a stomach stuffing all-you-can-eat dinner, we had some containers with us as we normally bring them for our kids. We didn't plan on taking any food back which isn't something we do at all but since we had so much food, why waste them XD I was surprised that the staff at the restaurant didn't like spot check us for food but I guess they know that we didn't purposely order a fresh batch of food just to take away but more some leftovers that we packed instead which was really nice of them. We had some 'Yong Chow' fried rice leftovers so we took that back as well as some salted egg coated fried chicken. The next day for my lunch, I mixed them both together and heated them up in a pan.  It was really really good fried rice which wasn't much of a surprise as the food the previous night at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. It was fragrant and had prawns chopped up and fried together with the rice which gave the whole dish so much flavor and taste.  The fried chicken coated with salted egg was also very delicious and flavorful. The chicken was boneless cuts of chicken thigh which was so tender and juicy while the coating was so flavorful with the salted egg.  I liked this dish a lot because one of my favorite food is fried rice and 'Yong Chow' is a variation of fried rice that is so good. Hope to be able to go back one day to this amazing restaurant to try their food again especially their fried rice.
