Bab, in Malay meaning chapter. It's like in a book, there's different chapter of the stories. However, this is also a idiom of Before After Before in the weight loss community.  My recent success in weight loss due to the thanks but no thanks flu, has not being undone. The day I was down with fever, I hardly able to eat anything. One thing is, I'm afraid of vomit. I got a weak stomach, usually a vomit can cause a lot of pain to my stomach and can cramp for hours.  With the final confirmation, I'm free from flu, I'm allowed to rejoin the community and go out have all the fun I want( except I am on abstain, so I will have to be a little picky on selection of food).  McDonald's is not my top favourite, but I like them for a fact that they're convenient and super fast.  The kids have their burger, me and home minister share a cheese cake, an iced latte, an egg sandwich, fries and also chocolate sundae.  Been missing my ramen for a long time now. I'm glad the darn flu didn't take away my taste bud. I heard people said they lost their sense of taste and or smell.  Bari-uma is my all time favourite ramen, so we went out for the ramen. I did not forget I'm on abstain, therefore bringing a guy friend to visit totally make sense, so he can eat my portion of pork belly.  I guess I'm the only idiot in the world who take 3 eggs in 1 ramen. I just can't help it but to slurp the entire bowl of soup and the kitchen staff probably doesn't even need to clean my bowl as I had them thoroughly licked.  So here's the current status, 2.5kg in 2 days 😂 if I have a YouTube weight loss channel to document my weight loss journey, it will be like 1 days I was down with covid, I loss 2.5kg in a week. And then, I put them all back in less than 2 days 🤣 with a little bit extra.
