Hello, friends especially foodies!
___

Last Sunday, mom and I didn’t have anything to eat for the lunch. I checked our house, all that I could find were egg, red shallot and chilli. So then I got an idea why didn’t we make them delicious together?

___

# Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 3 pcs red shallots (or you could replace it with onion, if you didn’t have any red shallot left)
- some salt
- a chilli or more
- cooking oil to fry

___

# Cooking Time:
around 30 minutes
___

# Difficulty:
easy

___

# Serving portions:
3 pcs
___

# How i made it:

___

# 1ST

___

I chopped the red shallot and I also chopped the chilli.

# 2ND

___

I opened the eggs on the bowl then I put a tea spoon and half of the salt to it, stirred it well.

# 3RD

___

I heated the oil first then I put the red shallot and then chilli. After that I stirred them until it half fried then I put a bit of the eggs (around 1/3 of it).

# 4TH

I well fried it then I flipped it so both of the surfaces were well cooked. After it well finished, it was it, the chilli red shallot fried egg was finished!

# 5TH

Now for the other way to cook the egg, I added the slices red shallot to the salted egg I had first. Then I stirred it. Also I heated the oil in the pan, then I put the egg with the red shallot to it. Fried them well.

# 6TH

I cooked it until both surfaces well cooked. Because the red shallot were fresh here (not half cooked before), it would be difficult to attach to the egg but it was fine. And I did the same to other 1/3 of the eggs I had.

# The Result
___

These were the fried eggs… on the top was the one I fried with chilli and red chilli while bottom the one that I cooked without the chilli.

The texture of the red shallot was a bit wet when we didn’t fry it (below), but on the top was bolder. And I loved the chilli I put on the first egg. Both fried eggs were same tasty and tasted savory.

So, wanna try them too?
