It’s not too late to say complement of the new season to everyone as we will start the 4th year journey of the Academy tomorrow. We took a break on the 23rd of December and will resume tomorrow, the 6th of January. Before we continue, we would love to say thanks to all the people that supported the 3rd year journey of the academy and made it successful. We wish to do better this year by God's grace. 

DFA will be back in action from tomorrow and you will start to see our regular training photos, drills, and videos. We are fueled with the passion to succeed in football and do what some people consider to be impossible possible. We are not affected by the echoes, as we always place the focus on our end goal. With our resilience, we will achieve it.

The photos on this blog are the photos from the last training of 2021 which encompassed numerous activities. We waited till this day to share them with you and to kickstart the new year. We also have some cool videos in the pipeline for you, stay tuned and keep eye on DFA's contents.

It was on the 22nd of December and as you might have predicted or assumed, the training started with a workout. Jogging around the field a couple of 10 times. After that, we did stretching of different drills.

After some minutes of stretching and a little fitness exercise, we moved to the next activity. The next activity was MITM, the boy divided themselves into four groups with five-six footballers in each group. They started by passing the ball around and moving around the circle, after the drill was rehearsed for fifteen minutes, they pushed one of them into the middle of each group and started the MITM soccer drills.

We can see the boys training heading with one of them crossing the ball from the corner-kick spot and also at a random position on the field which is similar to a free-kick. They made it a game like if you miss the ball at your position you will be moved out of the box-18 and join the people outside to pick the ball, it was a lot of fun.

After the heading training, we were engaged and didn't get the nudge to snap the pix of the next activity. The boys did a tennis court and play 4 vs 4. It was lovely, one of the 5 teams lasted for a longer time and was not defeated more than two times throughout this session. It was another fun for the boys.

It was a weekend Saturday, the training is crowded with more than 20 boys. We played the big pitch for 40 minutes, 20 minutes for each of the half. The managers also joined them in the second half to play together. It was the last training of the 3rd year, so everybody had fun.

After the referee blew the final whistle, we talked a lot about Hive, Solana Gaming, Grape, and also fixed the time we will meet on the field the next day which was on Sunday for the cruise at the beach.
