I came across this app called Honeygain a while back when I was searching for effortless ways to make extra money (And yes I am one of those still googling it lol). Then of course I just ignored the app thinking it wasn't legit. I was more worried about exposing myself to dodgy stuff on the internet. Because as we all know, the world wide web is so full of shit. Hive by far is the closest thing I can get to legitimately "Making-money-online", or earning cryptocurrency online that you can actually turn into money(no shit it's proven and tested in case you happen to have found this post from Google search lol). My gosh, we've heard of this blurb over and over again and if earning passive income is that easy then we would all have been sipping margarita by the beach on Satoshi island all day without worries. Actually I didn't accidentally discover this app, I went to the wake of my friend's mother (I know what a way to learn about money-making stuff lol) and he told me about Honeygain. And then I remember, "ahh yeah, isn't that the app that lets you share your unused data with "data scientists" in exchange for a bit of cash?" It turns out, it's legit. I don't think my friend was lying for no reason. He said that he made a bit of $$ after some months. After some months yeah. So when I heard that, okay it isn't too bad I guess. I mean where can you get this tiny amount of money these days? And for doing nothing other than selling your unused internet bandwidth while you sleep. Now do I sound like a pyramid scam now? Lol. As you can see, I've used someone else's referral link so I got $5 to start. Now I'm just gonna leave this app alone and let my device do that work. It will be best if you have other devices that you don't really use. In my case, I have a tablet and a computer with the app already installed. And so far my tablet earns the most. You will get "Network is Overused" notification if you are using too much bandwidth due to your dodgy internet activities or if there are other devices connected to the same network.  And by the way, this works better if you have unlimited internet or data plan. I think most of the time you're not using those extra bandwidth anyway so why not just make money off it while you sleep. My friend didn't have any issues so far and based from online reviews, this app is safe. I think. You can also enable the JumpTask crypto wallet within the Honeygain app. It's like you're mining some crypto using your bandwidth much like that Mysterium token if you've heard of it. So you can earn this crypto called JMPT and transfer it later to your MetaMask (consider gas fees).  I'm still learning about this JMPT token but from what I see, you can earn more by installing and playing some game apps. Well, I'll just settle with the Honeygain app for now. I just don't have time for games... :)  For me, earning something for doing nothing doesn't sound so bad. How can you actually do that these days? Passive income is such an overused term I feel like you still gotta do something hard before you even get to that sitting pretty point (unless you marry someone ultra rich). My overall judgment so far? I think this Honeygain app is okay. But I have yet to collect actual earnings so let's see in a couple of weeks.
