 <P><div class="text-justify"> Since I was a child, I have been enthusiastic about the idea of training the body. I remember that I was 12 years old when my cousins built this equipment in my own home, and every morning we would train, developing this passion for exercising with our own body weight. Later on, weights and the gym came along, and today I am still actively training. It became a habit, and I am glad I adopted it. Nowadays, calisthenics is practiced by many people. It has had a significant boom, which I think is wonderful if it's about real training and not just a passing fad to post your “workout” on Instagram 😂. Exercise is an activity and a habit that should be permanent for health reasons. Today, I want to share some photos on this topic. </div></P>   <P><div class="text-justify"> My brother-in-law is a calisthenics coach. After so many years without seeing each other, he is now in Argentina and we have started sharing moments again as training partners and in the music scene, although we are more focused on exercise. I have decided to do a photo shoot with him on this theme to promote his work and his passion for it, content for social media and promotion in general. It is also a good opportunity to venture into another aspect of photography apart from street photography and artistic portraits. </div></P>   <P><div class="text-justify"> Fortunately, Buenos Aires is a city with a large number of parks and green areas with structures specially designed for practicing this sport. I have been taking many photos of this type, so in the future you will be able to see more posts related to this.
