Most people are concerned about their ability, neglecting everything else that can change their lives. One of the things that is very important is human beings and they are as important as the ability you believe in so much, this is why most people get it wrong we believe you can always do everything by ourselves that we don’t need anybody. This can be true, belief can take you far but when you have genuine people around you, this can even take you further. Sometimes the kind of relationship we build will determine the kind of life we have. some of these 
may not be true for everybody but it plays a vital role for most people

This is even worse in places like Africa, where there are limited opportunities, and people prefer sharing these small opportunities with those people that they know. It is not because you don’t have good knowledge or ability, but it is because you don’t know enough people. People in Africa people prefer sharing opportunities with those they know. When I was young I hated this idea but the older I get, I realize that when you share opportunities with those you know, you are only building your karma. People prefer building wealth around their cycle so that they can keep helping each other to get better in the future.


*People love building around those that they trust and also do that they know to build a strong network of help and growth within their circle.*

It is normal that when are successful in life the first set of people we consider are those people who help us in the process. These are the set of people we are going to direct our help and also share vital information with. This does not mean that we might not help strangers in the future but we are mostly likely to consider people who we have also benefited from their knowledge and their help. We all love to pay those who invest in us first before we consider every other person and that is the easiest way to build karma, not looking down on people’s potential.

If you’re expecting good, it is normal that you do good. When we are building relationships along our journey in life, the relationship might help us not only to get better but to become successful in the future. This is how people that you know can change your life, sometimes it’s not always about your ability. You might be very good at something, but without knowing the right people or having the right connections, you might not be able to get the best value for your ability that’s why you see people who are not as good as you in better places. The only difference is the connection which is the people that they know.

People we know always play a crucial role in our lives and we should try to build as many relationships in our journey in life. We must never underrate anybody's potential by supporting them and also building our karma. It is important we keep working on our abilities but it might not be enough sometimes we also need people around us to best value for our abilities.
