When I see people talk about finance,  one major thing I hear them say is that they don’t know. They don’t know that crypto can give them a lot of money, They don’t know how the stock market is that good, they don’t know that they should save, and they don’t know that there is a lot of money in real estate. People always blame the fact that they don’t know and it got to a point where I started believing them because I think that if you don’t know something there’s nothing you can do and what you don’t know you don’t know. I’ve also been in a situation where because I don’t know a simple thing I miss a big opportunity. It is common to blame our ignorance, but the truth is, that is not the real problem.

The real problem here is not doing things we know that we should do and this might sound like nothing but it is a common problem among youth. Youth have the opportunity to build when they’re young like savings and to be financially disciplined. Almost 90 to 95% of the population knows that they should save but they do not save their money and they end up struggling financially, we should forget the things that we don’t know and look at the things that we know we should have done but we did not do.

If you look at yourself and ask yourself questions, there are things you know you should be doing now, but you don’t do it. When you have conversations with old people that’s one of the major things they will tell you to avoid, They will tell you when you know that you should do something don’t procrastinate and do it. We have so many things that we know we should be doing concerning our health, our finances, and our personal development that we struggle to make decisions on. Most people struggle to decide on the things that they know because they don’t care or they are scared.

Let us put the things we don’t know aside because even the things you don’t know if you let her know them, you might not do it. There are things that you know now and within yourself you know they are great opportunities to improve your life significantly but you’re not doing them simply because you believe that you have time and you can always do them later. There is a saying that discipline will solve 95% of your problems, work with the things you know first and see how your life will change.

*Ignorance is not the problem, The problem is you.*

The greatest financial and health mistakes you will make in your lifetime are not the things that you don’t know,  are the things that you know you should do but you’re not doing them. Those are the mistakes that you regret the most.  Indeed, it is good to always seek knowledge but the question we should ask ourselves is how we are using the things we know, and how are we putting the things we know now to the right use. There is a lot we know that we are not using. The problem is not about the things we don’t know, The problem is about utilizing what we know first.
