<div class="text-justify"> Our mindset should be able to make us take preventive measures on how to avoid troubles or problems, instead of allowing it to rise and treating it after they have arises. We should be wise enough to know some effective ways to avoid bad things from happening to us at the first place of noticing a sign of it rather than for us to bear the outcome and later face the consequences. It could be either in our relationships, health, environment and marriages. We should know some effective preventing measures that will help us to avoid being contacted with diseases, have healthy diets, should be able to know about our personal hygiene to help fight against disease, and know the importance of physical exercise and regular checkups. We should be able to know that is better to stop smoking weed, cigarettes, tobacco or any kind of cigarettes at all than to treat cancer of the lung, tuberculosis or kidney failure as a result of smoking. We should know treating a disease is painful and expensive so is better for us to prevent ourselves from being effected with the disease. We should know in the generation we live now, to save money, resources and time reduces the rate of suffering and risk in life rather than spending any penny we have with the mindset of enjoyment or enjoying ourselves. Our environment is full of pollution and contaminated things that will affect our body and lives. But we can reduce the pollution by preventing long-term climate damage in our houses, keeping our house very clean and neat, clearing the dirty and all those bushes around the environments. We lived in a generation whereby parent allowed their children to behave anyhow and to do whatever they want to do without cautioning them. We should teach our children and younger ones the important and values of education. Any child that refused to go to school or doesn't get educated might end up vision less or become criminals and end up becoming poor because of the poor decisions. Parents should be able to talk to their female children about sex education. Educates your girls child about sex , the benefit and consequences of it if it misused. If only our young ladies know it, the rate of unwanted pregnancy and abortions will be reduced. What about people that drives cars or drivers, they should know that wearing seatbelt during driving prevents injuries in accidents. Yet a lot of drivers doesn't wear seatbelt. We should be able to know that neglecting preventive measures like vaccines, regular checkups or screenings can lead to a bad chronic disease or illness and treating it will definitely cost much money or too expensive which could have been prevented very easy at early stage. Those working in a computer system or Cafe, if they neglect the preventive measures for cyber security their computers can be hacked, or they might lose their data due to data leaks. And in marriages, neglecting some early signs of problems and arguments can allow little issues to grow into bigger issues or crises. Reacting after an issue has already become bigger and unfolded is a waste of time and energy while you can used your proactive mentality to prevent it earlier. If you don't take your preventive measures very serious, little problems will escalate to bigger problems and becomes irreversible if not handled at early stage. Especially when it comes to our health issue, let's take it very serious. Lack of applying preventive measures on your health, can lead to poor safety issue and even lead to death. Take enough rest, drink lots of water, go for checkup anytime you noticed your body is not at it normal state. If you are sick and have taken a first aid yet no any improvement, go to hospital for proper treatment. Prevent yourself and you will have a peaceful and healthy life, peaceful marriage, sound education and safe journey each time you drive. </div>
