Good morning, Hive-ians! 😊  This has been a very busy cooking/baking/preserving week, so this is basically a food post from our week. Our very first batch of tomato sauce, fresh from the canner. 😊  The second batch fresh from the canner. 😊  Pasta sauce with ground beef made with the bit of sauce that didn’t fit into our quart’s jars. It turned out really nice. 😊  Spaghetti in meat sauce with a slice of garlic cheese bread, yum. 😊  Homemade mac and cheese. 😊  Tomato paste made from the Roma tomato skins. 😊  My handsome husband made supper tonight, this yummy Philly Cheese Steak with fries from our garden potato harvest. 😊  Cookie bars, instead of making cookie balls I make a bar and cut it after their cooked. 😊  Well, that was how things have been going for us here.
