Progress Of the Plants - Part 3 / Not Going So Well
A little over 2 weeks ago, I planted several plants into the soil and now I'm tracking their progress. Now its time for part 3 of the progress.
You can find Part 1[here](https://peakd.com/hive-140635/@greddyforce/spring-is-here-and-time-to-sow-seeds) and Part 2 [here](https://peakd.com/hive-140635/@greddyforce/plants-progressing-fast).

Spring onions have grown quite large during this time and soon they are ready for eating, not sure how much more these will grow in height. Let's hope it will grow in height and get wider a bit more.

Frankly, I am quite worried about the sunflowers. They have been growing higher but it's obvious that one of them cant hold its own weight. The problem is, that I don't know what am I doing wrong. My theory is that maybe I water them too much, which makes em grow fast but unfortunately so fast that the stem does not get wider fast enough, resulting in being unable to support its weight.

In the photo below you can see that one of the sunflowers is basically on the ground. They are in the upper row.
Two of the sunflowers have started growing but the third one still hasn't come out, by now I think it is a failed seed.

In the lower row, there are Californiavalmue flowers, one of them is quite tilted as well, I hope it will straighten up. They haven't gotten longer in the past 3 or 4 days tho.

Finally, there is a red coneflower that is still very small. It does grow quite slowly for some reason.

If you might know what's going on with my sunflowers or any suggestions at all then please let me know. This is not the first time, two years ago the same thing happened and the sunflowers failed, now it seems to happen again...
