Today only half day work. 
It's goede vrijdag today in Holland. 


When I came home I was finished... done...

When I did my health check I had worried results. 38.7 degrees fever.  So I checked the rest.

Also beneath the normal levels.

A bit higher pressure light hypertemia it sais. 


I went to bed and did the check again when I woke up.

This is a more normal temperature for me.

The oxygen is also better so I went to work after meditation what gives me rest and help. Also the earthing sheet from www.aarding.org is also good for me it helps. Back again to work.
