It is precisely at that point when something almost magical happens: we understand that moving forward, even if only a little, is still moving forward.</div><P/>

<div class="text-justify">When everything seems uphill and the difficulty becomes an endless slope, it is easy to lose motivation and think that the effort is not worth it. However, even in those moments, taking one more step has meaning and brings us closer, even if only minimally, to moving forward. </div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">Think of a car facing a steep hill; if it stops completely, starting again requires a monumental effort. But if it keeps moving, even slowly, each small movement allows it to continue climbing. </div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">We are the same: keeping ourselves in action, even with tiny steps, prevents us from falling into total passivity, which is much more difficult to overcome. That small push generates positive momentum.</div><P/>

<div class="text-justify">We often associate growth with great achievements or visible victories, but the reality is that growth also involves staying strong when we feel we can't go on. </div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">It means choosing to keep going even when the immediate results seem invisible. Difficulty should not always be seen as an indicator that something is wrong; often, it is a natural part of the process of moving forward and transforming ourselves.</div><P/>
