<div class="text-justify"> <center>***A great relationship doesn't happen because of the love you had in the beginning, but how will you continue building love until the end? - Unknown***</center>  It's been a long time since we hadn't given ourselves an **"our time"** due to hectic schedules, taking care of our kids, and focusing on our bread and butter. As a couple, aside from being parents, we should have time to reconnect with our partners as part of the relationship goals (*Chaaar*). We often neglect our duties as husband and wife which would lead to the cold war. We should light the love and spark again the love within us. Here, I'm going to share with you our out-of-the-blue date😂. It was planned but it's unplanned (*what do you mean by that!?*) I mean, we planned to go to Lapulapu but it was not planned to go somewhere else😁. Here's what happened. We were scheduled to get the registration of the elf truck we bought last 2 months in Cordova, Lapulapu. Estimated to 5 hours of travel from our residence so, we had to be early so we'll not be stuck in heavy traffic. I let my mother look after my kids. At 5 am, we left our home and just the bread suffice the almost 4 hours of travel (*see? the early, the better*). ---  ### The Arrival 🚕 We arrived at Cordova, Lapulapu at exactly 8:32 am and were a bit hungry already. So, we decided to go to a restaurant that was nearer to our goal. They said, that this place is famous for its delicious seafood dishes and when we tasted it, I couldn't agree more with them. We ordered two large squids, a bowl of seashell soup, 2 crabs, and obviously, 4 cups of rice for both of us😂. The ambiance of the restaurant was refreshing and the sea is calling us to take a dip (*but wait! We don't have extra clothes! So just relax and feel the ocean breeze*). The boat parked on the seashore waiting for the passengers going to the **floating cottage**. It is also famous for its unique way of indulging visitors here in Cebu. --- ## The CCLEX! After the sumptuous breakfast, we head to our goal which was to get the registration, and finally, we got it! *Then, where will be going? It's still early.* I asked him. *You decide*, he said. *Okay, let's go to SM Seaside! But let's pass through the newly built CCLEX!*     Without hesitation, we drove to CCLEX for the first time! I can't contain the excitement I had when we were on the track! We paid first the toll fee collected by a teller, I remembered 90pesos. We had to slow down the engine to feel the bridge's atmosphere. We're so amazed by the view it brought, where the sky is within reach and the calmness of the ocean.      We had to pull over to capture the moment we have. Under the scorching sun, we still managed to smile and tease each other's pose *hahaha*. Moments like that keep our relationship even stronger with just simple teasing.   After taking photos, we continue to drive to the awaited part, to scrutinize the CCLEX of how sturdily built it was. As we passed by, seeing those big and sturdy cables with its enormous tower, I believe that it was planned over years to be realized. Maybe you're asking, what is CCLEX stands for? It is Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway, that connects Cebu and Cordova and is the third bridge in Cebu, however, this is the longest. Had a chance to take photographs of the huge statues of dinosaurs. I knew that my son would love it by the time he sees it, and I'm correct as I showed it to him😂.  After a tiring stroll around the big mall, our stomachs cried for food *hahaha*, we bought mixed fruit salad and an ice cream yogurt and directed ourselves to **Bread Talk** where we can choose a lot of flavors of bread. My favorite was coffee bread that I ate in 2 pieces 😂. They have the best and most tasty bread that I ever had tasted in my entire life. That's why I bought more of them to bring as ***pasalubong*** for my children (*different flavor*). We had so much fun together on that unplanned date. Genuine happiness comes from great bonds and not from material things. Those memories we made, marked a big impact on our relationships and lives.
